FORMAT OF DAY Bacon roll and coffee/tea on arrival. Golf in 3's or 4's. GREEN tees. Individual Stableford, full course handicap. After your round a rolling meal. Please wear your Captains Blazer. Individual prizes will be awarded for any 2's and also based on the level of each individual's stableford score e.g. a top prize to everyone with 36 or greater points, next level prize to all of those with 34 & 35 points and final prize to all those between 32 & 33 points. Winners will receive their prizes shortly after returning their cards so NO formal prize giving and a shorter day. Overall winner of Founder President's Salver will be notified after the close of the event and receive the trophy at the annual dinner.
Individual Stableford points scored will be carried forward to the Late Summer Meeting and Captains Day in August and will count towards the Harry Roffey Trophy.
An application form will be published on the website, as will the start sheet. Notification will be sent to participants by email approximately 7 to 10 days before the event.
Entries for the day will be strictly limited and acceptance will be on a 'first come - first served' basis on receipt of the entry form with cheque or online payment of entry fee. closing date-: Sunday 8th June.
