An Annual General Meeting of the Dorset Golf Captains, will be held each year.
Should a member wish to put forward a motion for discussion or make a proposal of a member for election at the AGM, these must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary using the provided on line form or in writing no later than 3 weeks before the AGM.
The agenda and other documents will be provided by email and via the website 14 days in advance, with the opportunity for online voting for those unable to attend the meeting. A limited number of printed documents will be available on the day.
Before the meeting 9 holes of golf may be available and following the meeting a two course Christmas lunch will be served. Cost to be advised.
FOLLOWING APPROVAL AT THE 2023 AGM ON-LINE VOTING WILL BE ALLOWABLE FOR FUTURE AGM.
